The Municipality of Vedra is located in the Province of A Coruña (Galicia), to the south of Santiago de Compostela, in a rural area. The surface area of the Municipality is approximately 52 Km2, and it is divided into 12 districts in which 5,054 inhabitants live. the Municipality of Vedra is continuously promoting and implementing initiatives and programmes of activities specially designed for young people in order to provide information and advice on matters of their interest, to promote training activities through non-formal learning methods for their personal and professional development and to offer recreational and educational leisure alternatives.
